Our Basic Coordination Package is designed for couples who have handled most of the planning but want to relax and fully enjoy their wedding day without worrying about timelines, vendors, or last-minute details. During the final weeks leading up to your wedding, we step in to organize everything and ensure the day runs smoothly from start to finish.
With this package, you’ll have two coordinators on-site allowing us to manage multiple areas of the event, assist vendors, guide your wedding party, and handle any unexpected situations that may arise.
This package includes:
• Initial consultation to review wedding details and expectations
• Vendor confirmation prior to the wedding day
• Assistance in finalization of your wedding day timeline
• Coordination with vendors to ensure everyone stays on schedule
• Direction of ceremony processional and key reception moments
• Assistance with minor setup of personal décor items
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving throughout the event
• Up to 8 hours of on-site coordination on the wedding day
Our goal is to keep everything organized, running smoothly, and stress-free so you and your loved ones can fully enjoy every moment of your wedding.
Travel is included for venues located within 2.5 hours of Cedar Rapids. Events beyond this distance may require an additional travel fee.

With this package, you’ll have two coordinators on-site ensuring every part of your wedding day runs smoothly and according to plan.
This package includes:
• Initial consultation to discuss your vision, priorities, and planning progress
• Vendor recommendations and guidance throughout the planning process
• Assistance reviewing vendor contracts if needed
• Ongoing communication and planning support
• Final planning meeting 4–6 weeks before the wedding
• Vendor confirmation prior to the wedding day

If your wedding day requires more coverage than what is included in your selected package, additional coordination hours can be added to ensure your entire event is properly managed from start to finish.
This add-on allows us to remain on-site longer to continue assisting with vendor coordination, timeline management, and overall event flow.

Rehearsal Coordination
Rehearsal coordination ensures that your wedding party and immediate family feel confident and prepared for the ceremony.
We attend and guide the rehearsal the evening before the wedding, walking everyone through the processional, ceremony order, and important details so everything runs smoothly the next day.
This service includes:
• Direction of the ceremony rehearsal
• Guidance for the wedding party and family members
• Review of ceremony order and timing
• Answering questions and final details before the big day

Décor Setup & Tear Down
For couples bringing their own décor items, we offer assistance with setting up and organizing personal décor to match your vision.
