Our Partial Planning Package is designed for couples who have begun planning their wedding but would like expert assistance to help bring everything together. We step in during the planning process to provide guidance, organization, and professional insight while still allowing you to stay involved in the decisions that matter most.

With this package, you’ll have two coordinators on-site ensuring every part of your wedding day runs smoothly and according to plan.

This package includes:

• Vendor recommendations and guidance throughout the planning process
• Assistance reviewing vendor contracts if needed
• Ongoing communication and planning support
• Vendor confirmation prior to the wedding day• Creation and full management of your detailed wedding day timeline
• Coordination of your ceremony processional and key reception moments
• Personal Decor Styling + Placement Guidance
• Reception Flip / Transition Oversight
• Wedding Day Emergency Kit
• Troubleshooting and problem solving throughout the event
• Up to 10 hours of on site coordination with two coordinators
• Unlimited communication throughout the planning process

Travel is included for venues located within 2.5 hours of Cedar Rapids. Events beyond this distance require an additional travel fee. Weddings located beyond this distance may require an additional travel fee depending on location and overnight accommodations.
