Our Partial Planning Package is designed for couples who have begun planning their wedding but would like expert assistance to help bring everything together. We step in during the planning process to provide guidance, organization, and professional insight while still allowing you to stay involved in the decisions that matter most.
With this package, you’ll have two coordinators on-site ensuring every part of your wedding day runs smoothly and according to plan.
This package includes:
• Initial consultation to discuss your vision, priorities, and planning progress
• Vendor recommendations and guidance throughout the planning process
• Assistance reviewing vendor contracts if needed
• Ongoing communication and planning support
• Final planning meeting 4–6 weeks before the wedding
• Vendor confirmation prior to the wedding day
• Creation and management of your detailed wedding day timeline
• Coordination of ceremony processional and key reception moments
• Assistance with minor setup of personal décor items
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving throughout the event
• Up to 10 hours of on-site coordination with two coordinators
Travel is included for venues located within 2.5 hours of Cedar Rapids. Events beyond this distance require an additional travel fee. Weddings located beyond this distance may require an additional travel fee depending on location and overnight accommodations.
