Content Creation

For couples who want to relive the candid, behind the scenes moments of their wedding day, our Content Creation Add-On captures real, in the moment memories that you can instantly look back on and share.

This add-on includes short form photo and video content captured throughout your day, focusing on natural moments, details, and the atmosphere of your celebration. Content is delivered in a mix of raw clips and lightly edited videos, perfect for social media and personal keepsakes.

Please note that content is captured on a mobile device and is intended to complement your professional photography and videography, not replace it.

Bridal Morning Concierge

$300

Start your wedding day feeling calm, cared for, and completely present.

The hours leading up to your ceremony should feel exciting and joyful, not rushed or overwhelming. Our Bridal Morning Concierge experience is designed to create a peaceful and organized start to your wedding day while allowing you to spend intentional time with the people you love most.

What's Included

• Bridal suite refresh and light cleanup throughout the morning

• Assistance steaming dresses or veils if needed

• Setup and organization of food, drinks, snacks, and personal items

• Mini waters, light snacks, cups, straws, and emergency extras

• Coffee for the bridal party provided by Pretty Little Vows

• Assistance with small last minute errands or forgotten items

• Calm, supportive assistance throughout the morning

• Making sure the bride actually eats, drinks water, and takes a moment to soak it all in

Rehearsal Coordination

Rehearsal coordination ensures that your wedding party and immediate family feel confident and prepared before the big day.

We attend and lead the rehearsal, guiding everyone through the ceremony processional, timing, and important details so everyone knows exactly where to be and what to expect.

This Service Includes

• Direction of the ceremony rehearsal

• Guidance for the wedding party and family members

• Review of ceremony order and timing

• Answers to final questions before the wedding day

Décor Setup & Tear Down

$450

Leave the setup and cleanup to us so you, your family, and your wedding party can focus on celebrating.

This service includes the setup and organization of your personal décor items according to your vision, as well as tear down and packing items away at the end of the evening.

• Welcome signs and seating charts

• Centerpieces and table décor

• Guest book and memory tables

• Favor displays

• Ceremony décor

• Personal touches and specialty items

Extra Coordination Hours

Need additional coverage beyond what is included in your package?

Additional coordination hours can be added to ensure your event is fully supported from start to finish. This add-on allows us to remain on site longer to continue managing vendors, timelines, guest needs, and overall event flow.
