Extra Coordination Hours
If your wedding day requires more coverage than what is included in your selected package, additional coordination hours can be added to ensure your entire event is properly managed from start to finish.
This add-on allows us to remain on-site longer to continue assisting with vendor coordination, timeline management, and overall event flow.
Starting at $75 per additional hour
Rehearsal Coordination
Rehearsal coordination ensures that your wedding party and immediate family feel confident and prepared for the ceremony.
We attend and guide the rehearsal the evening before the wedding, walking everyone through the processional, ceremony order, and important details so everything runs smoothly the next day.
This service includes:
• Direction of the ceremony rehearsal
• Guidance for the wedding party and family members
• Review of ceremony order and timing
• Answering questions and final details before the big day

Décor Setup & Tear Down
For couples bringing their own décor items, we offer assistance with setting up and organizing personal décor to match your vision.
This allows you and your loved ones to relax and enjoy the day while we take care of placing décor items throughout the venue.
Examples of items we can assist with:
• Welcome signs and seating charts
• Centerpieces and table décor
• Guest book or memory tables
• Favor tables and display items
• Ceremony décor

Wedding Design Assistance
If you need help bringing your wedding vision to life, we offer design guidance to help create a cohesive and beautiful aesthetic for your big day.
We work with you to develop ideas that reflect your style and help guide décor decisions.

• Layout suggestions for ceremony and reception spaces
