With this package, you’ll have two coordinators on-site allowing us to oversee multiple areas of your wedding and ensure every detail runs smoothly.
• Initial consultation to discuss your vision, priorities, and wedding budget
• Vendor recommendations and assistance with booking vendors
• Guidance reviewing vendor contracts
• Budget planning and organization assistance
• Venue walkthrough and planning support
• Design guidance to help bring your wedding vision to life
• Ongoing communication and planning support throughout the process
• Regular planning check-ins leading up to your wedding
• Creation and management of a detailed wedding day timeline
• Vendor confirmations prior to the wedding day
• Direction of ceremony processional and key reception events
• Assistance with setup of personal décor items

Travel is included for venues located within 2.5 hours of Cedar Rapids. Events beyond this distance require an additional travel fee. Weddings located beyond this distance may require an additional travel fee depending on location and overnight accommodations.
